As a member of the School of Life, you pay no entry fee at all. Everyone else pays $495.
Friday night kicks off with a 7:00pm reception featuring some yummy food platters (an addition to, rather than a substitute for, your own dinner that night), remarks by me (along with one or two others), and plenty of conviviality.
The next day we’ll have presentations all day, with a complimentary food-and-drink break (supplied by Woods) in the afternoon between meals, and then after dinner it’s complimentary desserts and our entertainment with libertarian magician Doc Dixon. Doc fooled Penn and Teller on their TV show “Fool Us,” and sawed me in half at my 2000th episode. You will be blown away by how good he is.
I managed to get us a special rate at the hotel — which everyone agreed last time was a great balance between affordability and quality.
You can stay off site, of course, but all the events and conviviality take place at the hotel and in the conference space.
It’ll be a blast, I promise.
