We are all prone to self-sabotaging behaviors. These behaviors result from a primary function of the unconscious mind: that of identifying with the rules, beliefs, expectations of the larger group in which we belong. This is a survival mechanism meant to keep us safe and alive. We are affected by this regardless of our level of education or the amount of money we may have, because the majority of us want to “fit in”. This presentation will introduce the ideas around self-sabotage, how we are so easily programmed and how we can find a path to freedom from these behaviors.
